What's the process for reporting fraudulent activity in the app?

If you believe your card or account is being used by someone else, or if think you've been charged by a provider you who isn't who they say they are, you can instantly block your card from further transactions and contact us.

1. Block your card.
From the Home tab, tap on Cards and select the card you want to block. Scroll to the bottom and tap on "Temporarily Block Card."

2. Contact us.
Go to the More tab and tap on "Get in Touch" to start speaking with our Customer Care Crew. Alternatively, send an email to [email protected]

We'll help you through the process and keep you informed.

Remember: We will never ask you for your password over the phone or email. Only log in using the Debut app.
