If you think your physical Debut card has been lost or stolen, you can block it and prevent others from using it.

​How to temporarily block a card.
​From the Home tab in Debut, tap on Cards, then tap on the card you would like to block. Scroll to the bottom and toggle on "Temporarily Block Card. This will disable all functions of the card.

Note: Your card number is not printed on your physical card, so this prevents thieves from using a stolen card to make purchases online, but they can still use your card at contactless payment terminals for purchases that do not require a PIN, so it is best to block your card until you have it safe in your hands.

You can order a replacement card if your card details have been compromised. Contact us in the app or email us at [email protected].

Tonu Cards are digital-only, so they cannot be accessed as easily for contactless payments. However, if you use your card details on a website or service that is not secure, you can block any future purchases on that Tonu card by blocking or deleting the card.
